Keytsman, together with Nieuwpoort, wants to examine how the objective of diversification can be achieved in some other way. “If you want to make Nieuwpoort more diverse, you can, for example, not only look at buying homes, but also at renting homes.” According to Unia, you mainly attract more young people by looking at the range of schools, leisure opportunities, sports opportunities or an offer for young families.
