Six were detained for vandalism and a beating at a hotel. The incident took place on the night of January 7-8 in the resort complex “Tsigov Chark” near the dam “Batak”.
A signal was received on the telephone from the district administration by a receptionist of the hotel, who announced that a group of young people drunk had entered the hotel building.
They started threatening him, kicked open the front glass door and managed to disturb most of the guests sleeping inside.
After receiving the signal, on-duty teams were sent to the site in Batak and the Regional Office in Peshtera. The six scandal-mongers, who turned out to be young men and teenagers between the ages of 17 and 25, all from Peshtera, were also detained. They had rented a villa near the hotel in the Tsigov Chark resort area.
A case has been opened and the investigation is ongoing.
