NEW YORK — A teenager was transported to the hospital Tuesday after being stabbed in the stomach with an unidentified object in the Bronx, according to authorities.
The New York City Police said that the teenager was hit by five suspects at the time of the attack that occurred in the area of W 195 st y Jerome Ave around 2:37 p.m.
The victim was transported to Jacobi Hospital in serious condition and the suspects fled the scene, the uniformed added.
No details were released about the cause of the attack or the ages and identities of the suspects and the victim.
