The relatives decided to donate his heart, liver, kidneys and corneas. The aforementioned organs were transplanted to six patients on the waiting list.

The heart went to a 35-year-old woman who suffered from a condition that put her on the verge of death. The operation was carried out by specialists from the National Cardiovascular Institute of EsSalud.

One of the kidneys was referred to the Guillermo Almenara hospital where it was awaited by a patient with chronic kidney failure. In the same hospital, the liver was received by a man with severe liver disease; while the other kidney and corneas were taken to the National Institute of Child Health (INSN) for three pediatric patients.
