Under the guidance of a lead lawyer, you will work on missions in corporate, M&A, business law for a client of French and international companies.

you are holder of the CAPA and 3rd cycle graduate in Business Law / DJCE and you have successful experience in a business law firm (internships or cooperation).

A good level of English is required for this role.

you are dynamic, pragmatic and tough, with great interpersonal skills and have a good team spirit.
