Young Garuda Wins First

Ghana U-20 had enough control of the ball at the start of the match. They then had several chances to take the lead. However, it has not been maximized into goals.

Indonesia U-19 tried to launch a counterattack. It’s just, the opponent’s defense is very tight. That makes it difficult for the Red and White team to complete the attack.

Until the 30th minute, Ghana U-20 continued to put pressure on Indonesia U-19. Mustapha Yakubu then tried his luck with a long-range shot. However, his shot was blocked by goalkeeper Cahya Supriadi.

After that, Ghana U-20 continued to try to find a gap. The opportunity then came in the 41st minute. However, Razak Abdullah’s kick bounced. As a result, the first half ended 0-0.

Entering the second round, Indonesia U-19 seemed able to provide resistance. They threatened the Ghana U-20 goal several times. However, no goals have been scored yet.

Finally, Indonesia U-19 managed to take the lead in the 58th minute through Raka Cahyana. He took advantage of a blunder made by Ghana goalkeeper, Vincent Anane, and fired a shot into the opponent’s goal.

Winning 1-0, Indonesia U-19 then tried to continue the momentum. However, some of the attacks launched by Indonesia have not been completely resolved.
