Christoph Eder from Strengberger has now turned his long-standing hobby into a profession. At the Hagenberg University of Applied Sciences, he was able to gain some knowledge in the area of programming and designing websites.
In addition to his main job as a corporate account manager, the Strengberger began tinkering with homepages some time ago. So he was able to expand and consolidate his skills in this area. In 2018, for this reason, he also became chairman of the regional association mostviertel.com.
In October 2020 he founded his own company “Web-Create”, which offers professional services around the topic of web design. From planning a website to setting up, uploading and web hosting to training in self-management, the young entrepreneur offers all services in the field of web programming.
“Through my job, I already have experience in customer service,” explains Christoph Eder. In the meantime, the young entrepreneur has already been able to land a number of orders and thereby create basic structures for the general design of websites. At the moment, Eder does all of the work alone and alongside his main job. “I like my job very much and both activities complement each other perfectly! In addition to customer service, programming is my greatest passion, ”emphasizes Christoph Eder.
Internet presence more and more important
During the corona pandemic, websites of companies in all sectors became increasingly important. Many companies got a website for the first time. “Due to the increasing importance of the Internet presence, more and more companies wanted to create a website and the number of inquiries increased significantly,” explains the Strengberger.
Recently, he has also been intensively involved in creating web shops and is now actively offering this service on his homepage (www.web-create.at). Eder’s company is aimed at all industries. In particular, “Web-Create” has been able to address small and medium-sized companies and associations several times.
Christoph Eder is very well positioned through his business studies in the area of legal information and imprint and knows a lot about grants through his job. “Due to Covid-19, there are currently numerous subsidies that make a website more affordable,” says Eder. With “Web-Create”, the Strengberger wants to lead companies through the crisis and prepare them for the future. He develops homepages, individually tailored to the customer in the Lower Austria / Upper Austria region.
