Lovebirds at Jepara, Central Java, was raided by residents because they were suspected of doing viral obscenities on social media. The young couple is planned to be married off by the family.
“Sorry (for the identity), both parties have agreed to marry,” said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Jepara Police, AKP Ahmad Masdar Tohari, as reported by detikJatengSunday (30/4/2023).
Tohari said the alleged indecent act had been resolved amicably. Both families agreed to marry the young couple.
“And the matter has been resolved amicably,” he said.
A video of residents raiding a young couple in the middle of being indecent Jepara, Central Java viral on social media. The pair were reportedly handed over to the authorities.
The 28-second video shows a male and female couple wearing helmets leaving the house. Both were seen being detained by police officers. Many people came to see the incident. Both were seen being led into the car.
