Youth participation is a central criterion

The prerequisite for the award are activities in the areas of structure, actions, participation, public relations and space provision in the communities. Youth participation is a central criterion. The aim of the award is to provide interesting offers for young people in the communities. This happens through targeted measures in the community and through the constant development of sustainable youth work.

Young people develop their potential in youth workshops

The youth workshop is a new method from the Youth Service of the State of Upper Austria in cooperation with the Future Academy SPES to record the needs of young people and incorporate them into political decisions. Young people work together to develop solutions on a relevant topic.
