Youm7 Reveals First Photo of Free Nationwide Digital Burial Permit

“Youm7” obtained the first photo of the digital burial permit, which is issued by health offices nationwide for free for the first time.

Dr. Ashraf Abdel Aleem, Assistant Minister of Health and Population for Digital Transformation and Information Technology, said in a statement to Youm7 that automated issuances have been implemented when issuing birth certificates and burial permits for free for the first time.

The Assistant Minister of Health and Population for Digital Transformation Affairs added that digital versions are currently being printed in real time after the process of registering births and deaths, pointing out that the papers have been provided with watermarks and barcodes to prevent forgery.

He explained that the registration process for births and deaths is currently done electronically and in real time, and continued: All health offices have been automated and paper and notebook registration in health offices has been completely completed.
