OVH landline (VoIP): 2€ (if you don’t call a lot you can leave it alone, Edpnet has a free landline but it costs you per minute, while in OVH you call landlines for free)
Youfone: 12€ for 10GB internet + 200 min/sms, multiplied by 4 I think? so €48
Television: online only, vrt.nu, VTM GO, Vier, … I watch F1 for free via Tipik, football is probably a problem if you follow a Belgian club. You can possibly watch Vlaanderen TV via the internet, the most expensive version is €20 per month.

€106 per month in total (including TV vlaanderen), if not TV vlaanderen: €86.

Whether it’s “better” is relative. You can do more or less the same thing, but the comfort is not comparable, you are with many different providers, the services offered are not exactly the same, for example you can watch F1 for free, but with commercials in between and in French, .. .
It’s up to everyone to decide whether to watch football, all with 1 provider, “complete TV offer”, … is worth €1200 per year for him.
