In third place is the hit Shape Of You by British musician Ed Sheeran with a gap of two billion. Interesting fact: the first video to ever surpass a billion views on YouTube is the Korean hit Gangnam Style. That was in 2012. Today, it crouches in eighth place with less than four billion plays.
