With the summer update we also see familiar faces come back. For example, with the update, the friendly sea otter Pascal resurfaces in the water. Pascal is fond of mantle shells, so if you come across them while diving: he will gladly take them from you. In return, you will get new DIY plans, all in the mermaid theme. This way you can give your house a ‘deep in the sea’ look.
Gulliver is also making an appearance again, although this seagull has literally been given a new look. When Gulliver washes up on your island again, he has exchanged his regular outfit for a pirate look. When you help him, you will also get new items that were not available before.
The update will be free to download from July 3 for anyone who has Animal Crossing: New Horizons on the Nintendo Switch. Later in the summer we will get even more content in wave 2 of the summer update. Keep an eye on this article to keep up to date with everything.
