The vehicle is in good condition, so it will be given a new use
The Local Police of Pontevedra will increase its fleet of vehicles. And it will do so thanks to a donation from a private individual to the Council. This was confirmed this Monday by the municipal spokesperson, Anabel Gulías, who explained that the new incorporation occurred because the owner preferred to donate her tourism before paying the traffic violation who had taken him to the crane depot.
The vehicle, a Ford Focus with 85,000 kilometers, had been in the municipal facilities since last October 1. The technicians of the Concello verified that the car was in good condition, so will give it a new use after the corresponding set-up, which will include a filter change.
The last car that the Local Police incorporated into its fleet was an SUV valued at 47,190 euros. According to the latest official record, the City Council has a fleet of 114 vehicles. Of these, 38 correspond to the Police Headquarters.
