  • Do you know what biohacking is? Well, basically it is a science for the optimization of the human body globally. And it influences factors as diverse as diet, exercise, rest… Through the combination of biology and technology, well-being is considerably improved; Just a few small adjustments to your diet, exercise, and/or environment can radically improve your health, both physical and mental.

And Ray Ramis, former world fitness champion, and now an expert in training, diet and biohacking, says on his Instagram How you can gain 10 years of life by spending just 10 minutes a day. “10 more years of life with only 10 minutes of sun a day. A society like ours, far from the sun, is a sick society. Nowadays, people spend more time locked up in their home, in their office… . than 100 years ago. And that means we have lousy and disastrous levels of vitamin D. Or what is the same, a deficient immune response, terrible bone health, brutal insulin resistance, and a terrible mood. But of course, you blame it on your partner, your job, your life… At that moment you don’t really like taking care of your hormonal system, on which your mood depends. It just depends on you. Do yourself a favor and stop making excuses, because with 10 minutes a day you expose yourself to the sun, you will gain 10 years of life and a quality in your state of mind that you can’t even imagine. “I wouldn’t get up 10 minutes earlier to see the sun, lest you begin to drastically improve your health, lower your cortisol levels, and improve your mood.”
