Not getting enough calories:
Feeling dizzy when following a weight loss diet is a clear sign that you are not getting enough calories in a day. This prompts the body in this case to switch to the glycogen and fat reserve for energy, which is depleted over time, which leads to frequent dizziness and a feeling of tiredness, hunger, weakness and stress. Therefore, to avoid this situation, you need to make sure that you are not consuming a small amount of calories just to lose weight, but that you are eating a balanced diet with the right caloric intake.
Low blood sugar level:
Neglecting to eat certain meals and not getting enough carbohydrates is one of the factors that lead to a significant decrease in blood sugar, which leads to dizziness, increased heart rate and subsequent severe fatigue. To avoid this situation it is advisable to consume 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day instead of having only three main ones, with the need for certain types of complex carbohydrates such as whole grains, oats and beans in place of white bread and sweets that cause weight gain.
Non-drinking water:
Water in the body is one of the elements necessary to carry out the various functions of the body, including the chemical reactions that provide the person with the energy that occurs inside the cells. Therefore, not getting sufficient amounts of water during the diet can negatively affect the health of the individual, as the lack of this healthy component leads to frequent headaches and cases of severe dizziness, as well as muscle cramps, dry mouth and increased of the sense of thirst.
