David Datro Fofana Reportedly one step closer to hiring Chelsea. The Ivory Coast striker’s wit rivals it Erling Haaland this season.
According to the Guardian, Chelsea will secure the transfer of Datro Fofana from FK Molde. The 19-year-old striker will be bought for around 8.7 million pounds or the equivalent of 165.4 billion.
Fofana has been signed by Chelsea to overcome the striker crisis in view of the continuation of the competition after the 2022 World Cup. This is because Armando Broja has suffered a knee injury and is confirmed out until the end of the season.

The player born on 22 December 2002 has scored 22 goals in 39 games for Molde in all competitions this season. Datro Fofana’s goals are just one behind Erling Haaland, who has scored 23 goals for Manchester City.
As a striker, Fofana can play in two positions. He can be a poacher or a finisher and play right wing.
Datro Fofana’s sharpness has made him the target of many European giants this season. However, Chelsea’s faster movement makes the striker more likely to be anchored in London.

“My favourite team is Chelsea. I don’t know why but I want to play for Chelsea,” she said.
