It’s been exactly ten years since that Koen Wauters turned around in ‘The Voice’ for Laura. Koen immediately believed in her talent. Since then, the two have become best friends.
The bond between Koen and Laura is very good. There are also rumors that it was Koen who told the then boss of VTM to also give her a chance as a presenter on television. If so, the channel has followed him.
Laura is of course also a singer. “I am very proud of how she has grown as a singer over the past ten years,” Koen reflects to Het Laatste Nieuws. “You just want someone like Laura in your life.”
