The owner says he’s tired from years of intense activity. “Every 15 years or so, I left one business to recreate another. Before Casa Latina, I ran “La tomate Marmande”, a grocery store in Pyla-sur-Mer “that I managed for several years”, he adds.
Difficulties in selling
