3- Sugars

Sugar encourages the growth of bad bacteria in the intestine and reduces the beneficial bacteria, and the overgrowth of harmful bacteria will increase the chance of stomach infections.

4- Nuts

Despite its benefits, it is not preferable to eat nuts when suffering from stomach upset, because they may cause irritation and inflammation, and thus the possibility of stomach pain and constipation increases.
