Registering on the reserve list is very easy via the website qvax.be. You fill in a few details, such as your name, address, national register number, contact details… and you indicate at which times you are available. It is not possible to register on the reserve list by telephone or by post and can only be done online.
If the vaccination center in your area has a dose of the booster vaccine in surplus, you will receive an invitation by email and text message. You will then receive a half hour the time to confirm. If not, the invitation will expire and someone else will be called. You can just come back at a later time.
