In the state of Pennsylvania, aid is being distributed to some resident families. We are talking about a stimulus check of up to $650.00 USD, as part of a supplemental refund given to several homeowners.Furthermore, according to the Department of Revenue, this refund can be claimed until the end of 2023. However, it is necessary for interested parties to adhere to certain established rules if they want to receive the aid.
The first thing is that they must have an income limit of $35,000.00 USD annually in the case of owners. Meanwhile, the annual income limit for tenants must be $15,000.00 USD annually.
It should also be clarified that half of Social Security income is excluded here. Finally, applicants must be residents of the state of Pennsylvania.
How much money are we talking about?
In this sense, the amounts to be granted will depend on the annual income of each person. Therefore, those homeowners who have incomes from $0.00 USD to $18,000.00 USD will receive a stimulus check of up to $650.00 USD.
Likewise, those who generate income from $8001.00 USD to $15000.00 USD may receive a maximum refund of $500.00 USD.
Likewise, people with income of $15001.00 USD to $18000.00 USD could receive a maximum refund of $300.00 USD.
On the other hand, those with incomes of $18001.00 USD to $35000.00 USD would receive a sum of $250.00 USD. Meanwhile, renters who have incomes ranging from $0.00 USD to $8000.00 USD would receive a stimulus check of $650.00 USD.
It is valid to point out that the objective of this program is to benefit the state’s older adults a little more. Therefore, this has been its policy since 1971.
In this way, the authorities suggest that interested parties send the application to the Department of Revenue before December 31, 2023.
