Do you remember the “Low Poly” figures for Final Fantasy VII remake? Well, actually it’s just the characters from Final Fantasy VII, they don’t have much to do with the remake. Of course, Square Enix is pressing hard on the nostalgia accelerator here.

The figures were exhibited together with Square Enix for the first time during the Tokyo Game Show 2019 Dengeki hobby. The figures are lovingly modeled on the low-polygon models of the original game from 1997. They give an impression of how simple but nevertheless sympathetic the look of the original, which is quite simple by today’s standards, was in its time.

Admittedly, such models no longer appeal to everyone today. Probably not even every die-hard Final Fantasy VII fan. We asked you months ago whether you would put the figures on the shelf? The answers were different.

Final Fantasy VII Remake will be released in two weeks
Final Fantasy VII Remake will be released here on April 10, 2020 for PlayStation 4. At Amazon, pre-orders exclusively wave as a bonus* a dynamic “Sephiroth” theme for your PS4. There is also the chocobo chick summoning material. The deluxe edition of the game includes a steel book, an art book and a soundtrack CD. Preorder the Deluxe Edition is available from Amazon* additionally the summoning material “Kaktor”.
The game is the first part of the remake project and covers the plot until the group escapes from Midgar and delves deeper into the events than the original. Currently you can try a demowhich already a story change revealed. We already had the opportunity to play beyond the demo.
