Yes, you read that right. You can finally play the legendary Fallout on both Android and iOS mobile devices. All thanks to the developer Alex Batalov, who created the open source Fallout Community Edition reimplementing the famous RPG. It received a fair portion of love in the form of bug fixes and, above all, improvements to game elements whose format was not fully thought out in the original version. But don’t worry, the basic gameplay seems to have remained the same, so you’ll be treated to the glorious world in all its glory upon launch.
However, it should be noted that Fallout Community Edition is not free. If you want to play Fallout on mobile, it is absolutely necessary to own the game on either Steam or GoG. The creation itself requires a slightly different installation on each of the platforms. You can read details about them here.
As you go about your day, I’d like to bring to your attention that Fallout Community Edition, an open source Fallout game, was released today.
You owe your prayers to Alex Batalov, the creator, and our champion.https://t.co/ItPagHCYCf
P.S.: You can play it on Android too! pic.twitter.com/Xuc5QmvrRp
