Apple is setting up a new shopping service with a specialist. Customers interested in this or that product can book a session in the store of their choice, in the same way as they can book a slot at the Genius Bar. It will be possible to book up to three days in advance. These accompanied shopping sessions do not mean that the products will be reserved.

These shopping sessions with a specialist are presented as an ideal option to allow a customer to make a purchase at a specific time, without having to wait in front of the store.
This novelty is also a tool for managing the flow of customers in stores. Moreover, if the clientele is more important than the number of employees, they will be offered a shopping session. Reservation is already available in the app Apple Store.
