Their Spanish brother, Seat Leon, also recently had all-wheel drive.
In his case, all-wheel drive is available exclusively for the body version of the Leon Sportstourer station wagon, in addition in combination with a single engine, a 110 kW 2.0 TDI turbodiesel combined with a seven-speed DSG dual-clutch transmission.
It is only available in the top two trim levels. In the sports-tuned FR derivative, the Leon Sportstourer 4WD will cost 819,900 crowns, while in the rather elegant Xcellence it will cost 824,900 crowns. The surcharge for it in both cases is 50,000 crowns.

You can currently buy golf with all-wheel drive only in the form of an increased Alltrack station wagon with 2.0 TDI (147 kW). Alternatively as the top Golf R with 2.0 TSI (228 kW).
After a short break, you will get the Leon Sportstourer again with the basic three-cylinder 1.0 TSI (81 kW), which has disappeared from the Czech price list for a while. The basic level of the Reference costs 514,900 crowns. It is also available with a seven-speed dual-clutch DSG. In this case, however, it is a mildhybrid.
