Extremely critical message that the artist Tudor Chirilă addresses directly to the President of Romania, Klaus Iohannis, whom he repeatedly calls “villain”.
Chirilă explains the reasons why Iohannis disappointed the Romanians and states that the President of Romania is by no means the person he posed for in order to obtain the Romanians’ votes:
“You posed in all the things you really aren’t. You posed in a builder, in a team man and especially in a man with respect for the law (…) Many people were deceived by the 1.90 m you have and by this allure of serious German. Unfortunately, you are not a serious German, you are rather the profile of a lazy person, of an obsessed with the image, and yes, we all voted for you because we considered you the least evil “, says Tudor Chirilă in his message.
The message posted on Wednesday evening, on his Facebook account, at 20.30, was shared – in only one hour – by over 680 people, being viewed by over 26,000 people, receiving over 3.5 thousand appreciations.

“I am sending this message to President Iohannis, I hope there is an adviser to show him… not that my message would matter, and I do not think it will change anything, but I would like you, Mr Iohannis, to know from me that I consider you a bastard . I think you are a great bastard and it is important to tell you this thing, that is, it is the last thing I have as a citizen, the right to free speech.
I didn’t make you a bastard like that, for no reason. I’m basically not the first to be a bastard during this time. You are a bastard and this video must somehow remain a testimony. You are a villain for many things, but especially for the situation in which you have brought this country, in recent months, for the villains you have chosen to tolerate next to you, for the expectations of many that you have deceived, and here I do not mean me. It is good to know that I voted for you only as the “least evil.” I did not vote for you when you ran for Ponta, because I did not think that the individual who spent his day in the stadiums and tried to keep around the same type of mob gang that I see you now have should not be voted for. and you
I have never voted with the PSD since I have the right to vote in this country, therefore it was not the time to vote with Ponta then. And you came out.
The second time I chose you at the expense of Mrs. Dăncilă, when you did not succeed and you were not able to have a debate with the candidate Dăncilă, I noticed – as if she was also a teacher somewhere – that two teachers are not in able to have a debate. You then avoided a presidential debate with Dăncilă and made an anti-PSD speech. You’ve posed in all the things you really aren’t. You managed to fool an entire country when you went to Ordinance 13, you did a good thing then, you stopped Ordinance 13, so that after a long time you try to bring Grindeanu into the Government, now you say no bring it on and on…
You threw the country into crisis – because you are directly to blame for this political crisis, you just don’t expect the USR members to stand as servants and fire all the ministers, you know that very well. It is a political crisis that you have triggered, you are guilty of this thing! You are responsible and guilty, and you have lived up to everyone’s expectations! I am very convinced that many people have been deceived by the 1.90 m you have and by this serious German allure. You know very well that, both during the protests for the rescue of Roșia Montană, and later, after the Collective, in all the street protests that demanded the rule of law and the fight against corruption, it was shouted in the square: PSD and PNL, the same thing, but of course when the street fight was anti-PSD, anti-Dragnea, and especially for some values that the Romanians in the street somehow wanted as a guiding beacon – rule of law, the fight against corruption, respect for the law – you have joined these protests with your party. You climbed, you took advantage of them!
Always, when you fight someone, take advantage of the other side. Everyone hoped that you would be a president who would at least try to follow a democratic agenda, on anti-corruption and respect for the law, which you did not do. What you did was make sure that you have a gang, that you have some ax tails, and Florin Cîțu’s person proved to be quite useful… I don’t know what relationships you will be in from now on and I’m not interested… The only one thing you have shown that you have on your agenda is to restore the USL (…) ”
