“Every citizen who has Bulgarian citizenship and documents has equal rights,” Yotova said.
“Whether he will live in Canada, in the USA, in Turkey or in the EU countries, he has the same electoral rights, the right to vote and the right to be elected, and no one has the right to take them away from him,” the vice president said.
