So the vice president told “Focus with Laura Krumova”
Meetings with Borisov – this is one of the most brutal and ruthless lies I’ve ever heard. This is how Vice President Iliyana Yotova, a guest of the “On Focus with Laura Krumova” program, commented on the harsh tones exchanged between “Continuing the change” and President Rumen Radev.
PP co-chairman Asen Vassilev accused Radev of having personal meetings with GERB leader Boyko Borisov, and in response the head of state called the PP “charlatans who stole hope for change”.
Yotova also commented on the candidate for prime minister nominated by the GERB – Prof. Nikolay Gabrovski. “I think even if the miracle happens and he becomes prime minister, many current and future patients will lose him,” the vice president said. According to her, the composition of the cabinet will clearly answer the question of whether, two years later, the GERB has come out of public isolation.
Iliyana Yotova commented on the refusal of the Netherlands and Austria to join Schengen. “We shouldn’t broadcast our positions lightly and say that another rejection for Bulgaria and Romania is due to the political situation. These can only be stories for politicians who don’t know how the Schengen accession process works or who have already given up. These people will never understand that the EU is not divided into big and small countries. The EU is made up of countries with equal rights, and in this sense, Bulgaria is no less a country than any other,” he said the vice president. According to her, the situation with the border is completely fictional, and our country has been using Schengen tools for a long time.
The deputy chairman did not fail to comment on the removal of Yavor Bozhankov from the BSP parliamentary group. “I don’t know him, but I don’t think he’s a big loss for the parliamentary group,” Yotova was categorical.
