This work is about a group of dropout high school students who formed a video group called[Mars]guided by the mysterious and charismatic transfer student Rei Mishima (played by Michieda), and are destroying Reiwa Japan and rebelling against adult society. An exhilarating new youth drama written completely original by screenwriter Shogo Muto, known for “Class 3A – From now on, you’re all hostages”, depicting the life of the young man.

Eguchi plays Amon Kunimi, the president of Croquis Communications, a major telecommunications business group, and a charismatic figure in Japan’s SNS industry. Eguchi analyzes Kunimi, who plays the role, saying, “He is an energetic person who seems to want to change Japan as it is now.” He is enthusiastic, saying, “I want to act while feeling empathy for that.”

Also, this is the first time he has worked with Michieda, who plays Zero, since the drama “Rainbow Chalk: The Miracle of a Small Factory Who Walked with People with Intellectual Disabilities” aired this summer. The two who played her father and son will co-star again in this work as two people who are in an “enemy relationship”.

Amon Kunimi, who I play this time, is a successful and ambitious businessman.
There is also a fateful relationship with Zero, played by Michieda.
Kunimi is an energetic person who wants to “change Japan today” in his own unconventional way, so I want to play the role while empathizing with that.
I have known Michie-kun since the drama “Rainbow Chalk: The Miracle of a Small Factory Who Walked with People with Intellectual Disabilities”. I shot it around summer, so it’s been about 3 or 4 months since I last shot it. My son, who had black hair at that time, turned blonde and became a delinquent (lol).
I think Michie-kun takes on a completely different role every time he appears in a work, so I hope as many people as possible can see him like that.
I was cranking in today, and the atmosphere on set was very good, with director Yuichiro Hirakawa at the center, and I got the impression that the director was carefully directing the production.
This drama begins with a young man who was a charismatic figure on social media transferring to the school, but from the perspective of us adults, the content makes us wonder, “Is this kind of thing happening at school?” I think it will become. Parents’ generation may have some complicated feelings, but I hope that the work will capture the passion of young people and give viewers energy and vitality. Masu.

This is my second time working with Mr. Eguchi since we worked together on “Rainbow Chalk: The Miracles of a Small Factory Walking with People with Intellectual Disabilities”. I was really happy when I heard that I would be able to work with him again as an antagonist, the complete opposite of last time!
Actually, the words that Mr. Eguchi told me really saved me. After I had finished reading the book for the first time, I was thinking about how to play the role, when I heard through someone that Mr. Eguchi had said to me, “I think Michie-kun can play this role because he has the core.” …. Those words have encouraged me to do my best, and even after that, I think of Mr. Eguchi’s words and receive strength from them.
This is a drama series and we have about three months to shoot it, so I hope we can get closer to each other, and I also want to keep up with Mr. Eguchi in acting. I want to steal many things from Mr. Eguchi.
