“Appreciation and very grateful for the support of the family,” the lawyer said Bharad ERonny Talapessy, when contacted, Monday (10/17/2022).

“Although it was not delivered in court, hopefully this will be heard and can be considered by the judge,” said Ronny.

On top of that, Ronny also made sure Bharad E he had no intention of shooting. Ronny said his party will present the facts in court.

“In fact, Bharada Eliezer had no intention. We will present the facts in court,” he said.

It was previously known that Brigadier J’s family lawyer, Martin Lukas Simanjuntak, hoped that Bharada Bharada E would be sentenced to a light sentence. He hopes that a light sentence will be given if Eliezer is proved that he was forced by Ferdy Sambo to shoot Joshua.

“If there are indeed perpetrators who commit their actions because they are coerced or because they have been ordained without any evil intention, that must also be considered (enlightenment),” Martin said at the South Jakarta District Court on Monday (17 / 10/2022).

Furthermore, he hopes the judge will consider Bharada E’s position as a collaborator of justice. He said the judge should consider leniency if it turns out Eliezer has no evil intentions when he shot Joshua.

“As we know, there is a defendant whose status is a collaborator of justice, namely Richard Eliezer. Let the truth at the trial then materially prove that it is true that when the killer committed the premeditated murder he had no bad intentions, if he had no bad intentions, I think it must be considered so that the defendant gets leniency, “he explained.

He believed that Bharada E’s attorney could propose several articles to ease Joshua’s sentence. He has entrusted the trial to the panel of judges.
