In fact, the US FDA has announced the approval, so it is expected to recommend approval at the advisory committee meeting that is currently being held.
Modena vaccine is expected to be approved more quickly, as both the experimental methods and data are similar to the previously approved Pfizer vaccine.
Like Pfizer’s vaccine, modder or vaccine requires two doses, and in this case, the prevention rate is close to 95%.
If there is a difference, the Pfizer vaccine should be stored at a cryogenic temperature around -70 degrees Celsius, while the modder vaccine can be stored in a regular refrigerator, making storage and transportation easier.
The Pfizer vaccine is approved to be vaccinated by people 16 years of age and older, but the Modena vaccine is expected to be licensed to people 18 years of age and older.

An FDA official said two pfizer-vaccinated healthcare workers in Alaska had allergic reactions, but all recovered.
