(CNN) A yoga class held at dusk on an observation deck in a seaside town. When the instructor finally turned off the lights in the room, he wanted the students to have a quiet moment of relaxation.

However, what happened next was far from that intention.

Shortly after the class ended, police cars rushed by, sirens blared, and police rushed to the studio where the yoga class was being held.

The incident occurred on the evening of the 6th in Chapel St Leonards on the coast of England. The incident started with a report from a resident who suspected a mass murder.

The Northsea Observatory, where instructor Millie Laws taught yoga, also has a gathering space, art gallery and playground.

Meditation was held in the yoga class.

Regarding the incident, the observatory cafe said, “Someone reported that there had been a mass murder here after seeing many people lying on the floor. In fact, it was during meditation at a yoga class.” I did,” he posted on Facebook. “This observatory has a lot of yoga classes in the evenings. We’re not a mad cult or some crazy club,” he added.

Laws also wrote, “Local people walking their dogs mistook the area for the scene of a mass murder ritual.”

Laws told CNN in a telephone interview on the 8th that five police cars arrived shortly after he and seven other protesters left. He said he was informed of the commotion by a phone call from the venue’s management, and said, “Everyone was participating in a beautiful and deep relaxation.I never expected it to be perceived that way.”

Police confirmed the incident and commented, “I’m glad everyone was safe. The report was made in good faith.”
