We are now about to lose count, but on top of the Transformersanimated series for Nickelodeon as well as the live-action sequel that follows on from the original six parts in the series, there will be another live-action film.
This must take place entirely in the world of the Autobots and Decepticons, without human actors. The film doesn’t have an official title yet, but the creative team can be sure.
According to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, studio Paramount Marco Ramirez was appointed to write the new script. After that, director Angel Manuel Soto is allowed to translate everything to the silver screen.
Enough young talent
So their separate project will not take place in the same universe as we have known it for 15 years. Ramirez is known as a co-creator of Marvel’s, among other things The Defenders. Before that, he worked behind the scenes on series like Daredevil in Sons Of Anarchy.
Soto made his debut last year with Charm City Kings which received good reviews and recently its name was mentioned to be a standalone one Blue Beetle film adaptation to direct for DC and Warner Bros.
