Yeraly Tugzhanov was born on Might 13, 1963 within the West Kazakhstan area. In 1988 he graduated from the Karaganda State College, in 1994 – from the Institute of State and Legislation of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Licensed by a specialist – a lawyer.
He started his profession in 1980 as an worker within the Oktyabrsky forestry district within the Ural area.
In 1988-2001 – a trainer at Karaganda State College, director of the Institute of State and Legislation of the Academy of Sciences, dean of the college, director of a department of the Kazakh State College of Legislation.
From 2001 to 2006 – Deputy Akim of the Karaganda area.
In 2006-2008 – Chairman of the Committee on Non secular Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2008-2017 – Deputy Chairman of the Individuals’s Meeting of Kazakhstan, Head of the Secretariat of the Individuals’s Meeting of Kazakhstan of the Presidential Administration, Head of the Division of the Inner Coverage Division of the Presidential Administration.
From 2017 to 2019 – akim of Mangistau area.
From 2019 to 2020, he was the Chairman of the Federation of Commerce Unions.
On February 11, 2020, he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister. On January 18, 2021, by presidential decree, he was reinstated to this place.
On January 11, 2022, by presidential decree, he was reappointed as Deputy Prime Minister.
August 31, 2022 turned akim of Aktobe area. there have been aid from obligation by order of the Head of State in September 2023.
