When dried naturally for about 45 days in persimmon skeins equipped with clean and safe sanitary treatment facilities, they are transformed into sweet and chewy premium dried persimmons.

Compared to other regions, the altitude is slightly higher and it has natural conditions such as moderate winds and temperature differences between day and night, making it ideal for drying dried persimmons.
