ADEN, Yemen, December 25 (XINHUA) — The largest hospital in Yemen’s southwestern Taiz province was forced to close on Sunday due to a severe fuel shortage, affecting thousands of patients in the ravaged Arab country from the war. he told Xinhua.

“All wards of Al-Thawra General Hospital, including a center specializing in the treatment of kidney disorders, have been closed due to the severe fuel shortage,” the official said on condition of anonymity.
