At present, there have been heavy rains in Shanghe, Jiyang and northern Zhangqiu, and the precipitation in some areas has exceeded 100 mm. It is expected that from the afternoon to the night of the 12th, there will be heavy rain to heavy rain in all districts and counties of our city. Among them, there will be heavy rain in some areas of Nanshan District, southern Zhangqiu, Laiwu and Gangcheng, and some heavy rainstorms. For this reason, the Jinan Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow rainstorm warning signal at 12:35 on July 12, 2023, please take precautions.

Defense Guidelines:

1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in preventing rainstorms according to their duties.

2. The traffic management department shall take traffic control measures on heavy rainfall road sections according to road conditions, and implement traffic guidance on flooded road sections.

3. Cut off the dangerous outdoor power supply in low-lying areas, suspend outdoor operations in open areas, and transfer people in dangerous areas and residents of dilapidated houses to safe places to avoid rain.

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmland, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.
