Material:
2 l air
2 cm bruised galangal
2 bay leaves
75 g young sour fruit, bruised
200 g corn, cut into 4 cm
100 g long beans, cut into 3 cm
200 g yellow pumpkin, cut into cubes 1.5 cm
100 g Siamese pumpkin, cut into cubes 1.5 cm
50 g melinjo leaves
Seasoning, Puree:
10 red onions
5 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of curly red chili
4 pecans, roasted
1 tsp shrimp paste
2½ tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
50 m of boiled water

How to make:
In a saucepan, heat the water until it boils. Add galangal, bay leaf, young tamarind fruit, and ground spices. Cook again until boiling and fragrant spices.
Add corn, cook until corn is half cooked. Add long beans, pumpkin, and chayote, cook until the ingredients are cooked.
Add melinjo leaves, cook again until wilted. Remove and serve warm.
