Yellow Code for High Winds Issued by National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology for 13 Regions Tomorrow

A yellow code for high winds has been issued for tomorrow for 13 regions of the country. This was announced by the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH).

The warning is valid for the regions of Burgas, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Kardjali, Razgrad, Sliven, Stara Zagora, Targovishte, Haskovo, Shumen, Yambol.

Temporarily strong south wind with gusts up to 20-24 meters/second will blow in these places. The wind is expected to weaken in the afternoon.

The forecast for tomorrow predicts that it will rain in many places, and there will be thunder in some areas. The minimum temperatures will be 1-3 degrees, and on the high western fields they will reach 14-16 degrees.

In Sofia, the thermometers will show about 3 degrees early in the morning, and the maximum temperatures will reach 11 degrees. Atmospheric pressure will continue to decrease and will be significantly lower than the average for the month.
