Maximum temperatures will reach the range of 18 to 23-24 degrees
During the next day the weather in the country will be mostly cloudy, windy and relatively warm. In the western and central regions there will be short-term rains, while in Eastern Bulgaria the probability of precipitation is lower.
However, strong and even strong south winds will blow throughout the country. That is why in most districts of the country a yellow code is in force for winds of up to 90 kilometers per hour, and in the Fore-Balkans and the districts of Sofia and Kardzhali the danger is of the second degree. Weather forecasters expect the wind in these areas to exceed 100 kilometers per hour, so be extremely careful tomorrow.
The south wind will continue to carry warmer air masses from Africa and temperatures will remain high. The minimum will be between 8 and 13 degrees, and the maximum will reach the range of 18 to 23-24 degrees.
Stormy and hurricane-force southwest winds will blow in the mountains at speeds of over 120 kilometers per hour. The clouds will be more often significant, and in the massifs to the west there will be short rains of rain and snow. The temperature at 1200 meters will reach 12-13 degrees, at 2000 around 6. The snow cover is melting and is now between 1 and 2 meters.
On Friday over Western Bulgaria it will remain mostly cloudy and with frequent precipitation, while in the east the sun will be able to appear between the clouds. Strong to stormy southwest winds will continue to blow and temperatures will remain high. There will be showers throughout the country over the weekend. The wind will gradually move from the northwest and on Sunday it will start to cool down. Temperatures will be lower on Monday and Tuesday and there will still be rain in many places, and on Wednesday the precipitation will weaken and stop.
