As expected, the Ukrainian midfielder of the English “Brentford” Yegor Yarmolyuk started preparing for the new season as part of the first team of his club.

The 19-year-old was included in Brentford’s starting lineup for yesterday’s test match against Boreham Wood (1-1) and spent the first half on the field. The Ukrainian did not manage to be noted for effective actions.
Recall that in early June, Brentford announced the transfer of Yarmolyuk to the first team. And in the last days of the same month, the Ukrainian midfielder signed a new five-year contract with his club.
Yarmolyuk moved to Brentford a year ago from Dnipro-1. Last season, the Ukrainian was not involved in the matches of the first team of his new club – in its composition he played only once, in the League Cup match. Yarmolyuk made 16 appearances for Brentford U-21s, scoring three goals and two assists.
