Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna H Laoly gave seven days to Democratic party stronghold Moeldoko to complete the file related to the management verification application.
Yasonna stated that his party could not process the results of the Deli Serdang KLB because a number of documents had not yet been submitted to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Even so, he said, Kemenkumham has examined a number of files that have so far been included by the KLB Democrats.
“Last Friday it was reported to me, a letter was sent to the KLB to complete it, given time, because we have 7 days, then we will give it time. Maybe Monday or Tuesday it will be given to us, we’ll see again,” said Yasonna in the Gelora area. Bung Karno, Central Jakarta, Sunday (21/3).
Yasonna said Kemenkumham could only make a decision after examining the files completely. If later the files sent are complete, his party can only process the Democratic registration as a result of the KLB Deli Serdang.
“Hopefully, we will see, whether it is complete or not. If it is complete, we will continue, if not, we will make a decision,” he said, who is also a PDIP politician.
However, when met in the GBK area, Yasonna was reluctant to disclose clearly the files that needed to be completed by the KLB Deli Serdang stronghold. However, according to him, one of the requirements that needs to be completed is the provisions regarding the implementation of KLB.
Yasonna stated, according to statutory provisions, the implementation of KLB must refer to the statutes of the party concerned.
“The implementation is in accordance with the statutes we see, the 2/3 requirements for DPD, 1/2 DPC, there is a permit from the upper house. debatable but, we checked the substance earlier, “Yasonna explained.
Previously, the Director General of General Law Administration (AHU) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Cahyo Rahadian Muzhar, confirmed that his party had received the registration of the results of the Democrat Party Outbreak in Deli Serdang.
Cahyo said that the petition contained changes to the management structure and the Democratic Statutes of Association (AD / ART).
It is known, the results of the Deli Serdang KLB on March 5 appointed the Presidential Chief of Staff General TNI (Purn) Moeldoko as the general chairman to replace Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) ‘s position.
The AHY camp itself has been inflamed over the maneuver involving Moeldoko since the beginning of February. AHY – who is actually the eldest son of the sixth President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) – even wrote to the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) to ask questions regarding the maneuvers of the people in the palace in coup against him in Democrats.
AHY and his friends accused Moeldoko’s move as illegitimate because a number of cadres who had been fired were held illegally, and without the permission of the upper house of Democrats. AHY and his staff have also provided documentary evidence to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights not to accept the illegal KLB decision.
