A new album “On hot coals under burning stars” has been released by the group “Pigeons full of yards”. The opening ceremony of the album is expected on September 17 at the floating art gallery “Noass”, the representatives of the group informed.

The new album contains 12 compositions with lyrics by Māris Šverns, as well as one with the words of Imants Dakšs.

In addition to the band’s core (Māris Šverns, Klāvs Lauls, Uldis Gedra), guest musicians Marija Strapcāne (voice), Klāvs Kalnačs or Siensliens (voice), Elizabete Milta (kokle), Justīne Kuzņecova (flute) and the HK choir also took part in the album recording. The album was designed using the works of the young artist Elisa Griva.

“On Hot Coals Under Burning Stars” is the band’s twelfth album. The album was recorded and mixed by Mārtiņš Krastiņš and Ģirts Laumanis. Publisher: “Naba Music”.

Siensliens will also perform a solo performance at the opening concert of the album on September 17 in “Noah”, who participated in the recording of the album and sang a part of the song “He”.

The concerts of the group “Baložu full of courtyards” are expected on September 12 at “Nemierfest” in Riga, on September 19 at “Mala” (Cēsis), on September 24 in Tallinas Street quarter in Riga and on October 24 at “Wiktorija” (Liepāja).
