The leading company in the production and marketing of crop nutrition solutions, Yara, actively participated in the fifth edition of the largest fair in NOA: Expo Apronor (Civil Association of Agricultural and Livestock Producers of the North). The exhibition opened its doors to important companies in the agricultural sector and had more than 86 exhibiting companies, among which Yara stood out in the dynamics sector.
The company, through a specialist, Santiago Tourn, Consultant in Agricultural Mechanization, gave a talk called Economic and Agronomic Impact of the quality of application of solid fertilizers, where the correct management of fertilization and calibration of the machinery for optimal results. “Having the large number of producers and advisors that the day had was very comforting for me and my team, as it was an innovative group, open to change and improvement. One of the most important processes of production is the fertilization of crops and it is not a topic that is dealt with too much in the country,” said Tourn, adding “having the space to display information regarding the quality of application and the impact The economics of making a good or bad application of solid fertilizers is very important and generated a space for continuous feedback”.

In addition, the company brought its visitors closer to the solutions it has for soybean and corn crops through plots. For maize, it carried the MasMaíz solution, where the notorious response to fertilization was evident compared to unfertilized controls. While for the soybean crop, the demonstration in the plot was of its biostimulant, which, in the face of induced stress, generates a greater recovery.
