Yankees forced to up bid to judge

New York.-The New York Yankees have made it clear that they want to keep Aaron Judge, but to do so they will have to improve their economic offer.

According to ESPN’s Jeff Passan, the Yankees have made Judge a new offer. This deal will run for eight years and be worth about $300 million, though the Yankees said it wouldn’t be their final offer.

It’s not the first offer the Yankees have made to Judge.

They had an offer in hand shortly after the 2022 season officially ended. Plus, that offer didn’t stop Judge from visiting other teams during free agency to see what they were offering and get ideas for a potential contract.

The Giants are also making tough offers for Judge, who will have to decide quickly.
