New York.- During his 870th career game, Aaron Judge was ejected for the first time. The incident happened in the seventh inning of the game between the Yankees vs. Detroit Tigers at Yankee Stadium, with the locals leading 5-3, a score that would be there until the end.

The 32-year-old slugger, who was named the 16th captain in Yankees history and holds the American League single-season home run record, He argued for a third strike with home plate umpire Ryan Blakney.

Aaron Judge, who was in a 2-3 count against lefty pitcher Tyler Holton, got the next pitch that appeared to be out of the ‘TrackMan’. So, the Judge was already heading to first base, taking the walk for granted before the umpire made the call. It was at that point that Blakney called a strike against Judge, who turned around halfway to complain to the umpire. Everything seemed to end there, but when the Judge was already heading to the dugout, Blakney sent him out.

Finishing 4-2 with a double, Judge has had a challenging season, with this just his second multi-hit game since April 14. Trent Grisham took center stage after the ejection.
