Yanka Takeva from the Bulgarian teachers’ union and Georgi Bogdanov from the “National Network for Children” got into a heated argument in front of Georgi Lyubenov

The guests of Georgi Ljubenov – Yanka Takeva from the Bulgarian teachers’ union and Georgi Bogdanov from the “National Children’s Network” settled an on-air dispute about education and what should be included in school hours.

The reason for their scandal was the introduction of military training on the one hand and gender training on the other. While Takeva defended the thesis that such classes should be introduced into the curriculum, the other guest was of the opinion that children do not need to learn this.

“Bulgarian children do not need to learn what ammunition is and how to secure it. It is not possible for some people from the reserve to enter Bulgarian schools from September and teach the children for 8 hours”, pointed out Bogdanov and then asked Takeva whether he was speaking from the position of the trade union. or from that of the “Russophiles” Movement, of which he is also a member”.

For his part, Takeva countered Bogdanov by asking him who pays him, but specified that he would not say “to expose him”.

“As for the NGOs that are making a living funded and looking for some scraps of family and education, do it, do it smartly,” she said.

Her words, however, visibly angered Bogdanov, and he began to defend himself.

“We are financed by donations, membership fees, not from the state budget. Military education, which is so important, why not teach children to disassemble Kalashnikovs already in kindergarten,” he said ironically.

“Many professors have become in favor of this education, it is very eye-popping,” countered Takeva.

Georgi Lyubenov tried to take the floor: “I listen to the conversation with interest,” he retorted, but the guests moved on to the topic of gender education.

Tacheva pointed out that parents told her that because of him they don’t know if their children will come home, the boys will come home girls and the girls – the boys.

However, Bogdanov ignited even more. “A female political leader went to chase the genders. We turned education into a menagerie because of people who have been in education for 60 years, like Mrs. Takeva. This is nonsense that a party functionary uses it. What we want to say is that the children should be children. The most important thing now is to emphasize external evaluation,” he spewed-

And Takeva answered him: “So one can say why these NGOs so fiercely defend the discrediting of Bulgaria”
