Arequipa. Saud policeman Michael Ayala Chanine (34) was arrested for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl he captured on Facebook. The family of this minor ask for justice and that this subject go to jail.
On Facebook, this subject pretended to be a 15-year-old teenager named Yordi and they were chatting with the minor on Messenger. The policeman told him to meet in person and the last March 31 was the meeting.
FACTS
According to the father, his daughter left the house that day, apparently leaving the door ajar. As they reached the corner of the street, the younger was surprised to see the older man.
After tricking her, he put her in a white car with tinted windows and took her to the El Descanso hotel in the Villa Bella Pampa sector in the Hunter district. There he offered her wine and raped her. After a few hours, he returned her to his home, but the door that he had left ajar was closed by his relatives.
COMPLAINT
The father receives a call from the mother of his daughter on Thursday, April 1 to tell her what had happened. The next day (Friday, April 2) he goes to the house in Hunter and finds out everything.
The family wanted to file a complaint immediately but the minor did not know who the man was, or his name or where he lives. Then, the father took her cell phone and impersonated her on Messenger to get more information and summoned him to meet on Saturday, April 3.
The father went to the Andres Avelino Cáceres police station, filed the complaint and informed the police of the meeting arranged with the alleged rapist. After being arrested, the officers identified him as a policeman and working in the Yanahuara police station.
The family does not want this subject to be released because he is currently under preliminary detention. They ask the Prosecutor’s Office, and General Víctor Zanabria to help them with this case because this subject would have other underage victims.
