Alongside Mathieu Cazau, member of the Intermarché de Cugnaux, Christian Califano goes to meet Pascal Levade, local strawberry producer where he finds Guillaume Tartas. The producer introduces them to his family estate made up of 204,000 vines or 19 km of strawberries.
